About Me
My journey into this field began by working alongside my best friend at her agency, where I gained hands-on experience providing meaningful support to individuals and families. Over time, that experience grew into a lasting professional commitment, and I continue to manage that agency while expanding my own vision for quality, compassionate care.
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice with a minor in Psychology, which has provided me with a strong foundation in understanding human behavior, advocacy, and system-based support. I am currently pursuing my Master’s degree in Criminal Justice, further strengthening my commitment to ethical leadership, accountability, and community-focused services.
Beyond my professional background, I am also a mother to three children, including two sons on the autism spectrum. Being both a parent and a provider gives me a deeply personal understanding of the challenges families face and the importance of patience, structure, and individualized support. This perspective shapes everything I do and reinforces my dedication to creating services that are respectful, inclusive, and truly person-centered.
My goal is to lead with compassion, integrity, and experience—ensuring that every individual we serve feels supported, valued, and empowered.
